Spiral Ductwork & Industrial Air Systems

A quote based on the details

Pricing depends on the part specification, quantity, supplier availability and shipping destination. We clarify the details with you and the supplier before preparing a quotation, including any proposed alternatives and available lead times.

Spiral ductwork components available for quotation

Round spiral ductwork is typically specified by diameter, material, gauge, connection method and application. Confirm operating conditions with the supplier.

Round spiral duct & straight sections

Spiral-seam duct sections in required diameters, lengths, materials and wall gauges, subject to manufacturer capabilities. Supply inquiries can cover a replacement run or a full fitting list.

Spiral duct elbows, tees & branches

Elbows, lateral take-offs, wyes, branch fittings and other airflow-routing components. Include fitting angles, radius preferences, connections and layout drawings.

Reducers, transitions & dampers

Concentric or eccentric reducers, transitions, volume-control dampers and access pieces where applicable to your specified industrial air system.

Connections, hangers & accessories

Joint systems, sealing details, supports and associated hardware. Existing-system replacements need compatible connection standards and dimensions.

Information to include with your RFQ: Send a marked-up drawing or parts list with duct inside/nominal diameter, gauge, material, connection style, fitting quantities and destination. Dust conveying pipe and low-pressure ventilation duct are not automatically interchangeable.

From part inquiry to delivery.

A practical sourcing process for single replacements and coordinated equipment orders.

Identify the part

Send a part number, photo, drawing or specification. We clarify the details needed to approach suitable suppliers.

Confirm your quote

Compare the proposed product, quantity, pricing, freight and available lead time before approving your order.

Arrange supply

Once the order is confirmed, we coordinate supplier fulfilment and shipping, and keep the part details available for repeat inquiries.

What to send

Useful quote information includes photos, drawings, dimensions, supplier references, existing part numbers, material handled, required flow rate or duty, quantity, timing and shipping location.

Scope note: Safety-sensitive items, code compliance, stamped design responsibility and combustible-dust-related reviews should be defined separately where required.

Single parts or coordinated supply

Request one replacement part or a coordinated package of equipment, fittings and accessories. We bring supplier pricing, availability and shipping details together in a clear supply quotation.

Check the details before ordering

Confirming dimensions, operating requirements and supplier specifications before ordering helps reduce mismatched parts and missing adapters. Any proposed substitution is identified for your approval.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Before you request a quote.

Can you quote from a duct fitting list?

Yes. Include diameter, material, gauge, fitting geometry, connection style and quantity. Drawings and photos can help clarify non-standard pieces and matching requirements.

What is included in a quotation?

The proposed product and quantity, pricing, available lead time and freight details are set out in the quotation. Availability and any outstanding specification checks are confirmed before ordering.

Do you design or install complete systems?

Our focus is sourcing and supplying components. We coordinate product questions with suppliers; complete system design, installation and performance verification are outside a standard supply quotation.

Is spiral ductwork the same as pneumatic conveying pipe?

Not necessarily. Spiral ductwork is commonly used for ventilation and dust collection, while pneumatic conveying lines may need different wall thickness, wear resistance, pressure rating or connection styles. Describe the service so the supplier can verify suitability.
