Different pipe standards and end connections are not necessarily interchangeable. These details help us identify appropriate component options before quoting.
Plain-end pipe & compression couplings
Pipe or tubing with plain ends joined by compression-type couplings and sleeves. Specify actual outside diameter, wall thickness, coupling length, gasket material and operating duty.
Conveying elbows, bends & transitions
Long-radius bends, sweep elbows, wear-resistant options, reducers, branches and specialty transitions. Include centreline radius, orientation, connection type and conveyed material.
Gaskets, clamps & replacement fittings
Clamp bands, seals, access pieces and line-adaptation fittings for repairs or extensions. Photos of the mating ends and measurements help avoid incompatible replacement parts.

Is nominal pipe size enough to identify a coupling?
Not always. Send the actual outside diameter, end style, material and photos of the existing connection. Pipe, tube and duct dimensions can differ even when nominal sizes sound similar.
What is included in a quotation?
The proposed product and quantity, pricing, available lead time and freight details are set out in the quotation. Availability and any outstanding specification checks are confirmed before ordering.
Do you design or install complete systems?
Our focus is sourcing and supplying components. We coordinate product questions with suppliers; complete system design, installation and performance verification are outside a standard supply quotation.
