Rotary airlock valve types and replacement options

Drop-through rotary airlocks
Used where material enters from above and discharges below, such as hoppers, dust collection equipment and some conveying feeds. Flange dimensions, flow rate and differential pressure matter.
Blow-through rotary feeders
Used in selected pneumatic conveying arrangements where conveying air passes through the valve outlet region. Confirm the line configuration, conveying pressure and product characteristics.
Dust collector discharge valves
Rotary valves for collecting and discharging dust while limiting unwanted air movement. Check material properties, duty cycle, leakage expectations and dust hazard requirements.
Replacement valves, drives & adapters

Do you design or install complete systems?
Our focus is sourcing and supplying components. We coordinate product questions with suppliers; complete system design, installation and performance verification are outside a standard supply quotation.
