Pneumatic Conveying Systems & Components

We review the material, desired flow rate, line layout, pressure or vacuum condition, and existing equipment before quoting conveying pipe, bends, couplings, blowers, rotary valves and related components.

Pneumatic Conveying Systems & Components

Quoted around the application

This page is intentionally not a fixed-price catalogue. The right recommendation depends on actual field conditions, supplier availability, compatibility, connection details, lead time and whether the customer needs component supply only or installation coordination.

ApplicationMaterial handled, bulk density and flow target
ConnectionExisting line size, routing, connection standard and available space
PerformanceWhether the system is vacuum, pressure, dilute phase or unknown

How we approach a request

We use a practical front-end review process to understand the system before quoting parts or labour.

Start a Review
01

Define the problem

Coordinate by phone, email, drawings, photos or site visit to understand the issue, product handled, required flow rate, and where the process starts and ends.

02

Quote the scope

Once the scope is understood, prepare a quote for suitable components, supplier options, fabricated fittings, freight, lead time and labour or installation coordination where required.

03

Supply or coordinate installation

After approval, coordinate component supply, shipping, project timing and installation support depending on the specific job and customer preference.

Component families we can review and quote.

Desired flow rate or throughput
Material handled and bulk density
Line size, route and number of bends
Pressure/vacuum source and blower needs
Pipe, tube, clamp or coupling standard
Supply-only or optional install coordination

What to send

Useful quote information includes photos, drawings, dimensions, supplier references, existing part numbers, material handled, required flow rate or duty, quantity, timing and shipping location.

Scope note: Safety-sensitive items, code compliance, stamped design responsibility and combustible-dust-related reviews should be defined separately where required.

Supply-only or project support

For a simple replacement, the result may be a component quote. For a larger system or retrofit, the result may be a package covering equipment, line components, custom adapters and optional installation coordination.

Why review first

Reviewing the actual problem helps avoid mismatched parts, missing adapters, incorrect connection styles, capacity issues and components that look right online but do not fit the installed system.
